About

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Embodied AI group at Meta working with Akshara Rai and Roozbeh Mottaghi. My research at Meta focuses on developing foundation models for multi-agent task planning for enabling efficient human-robot collaboration over longer horizons in everyday settings. Prior to my role at Meta, I briefly worked as an Applied Scientist in the Robotics AI division at Amazon. I got my PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester in August 2023 where I was advised by Prof. Thomas Howard. My PhD research involved developing efficient models of language understanding and perception for enabling robots that can follow natural language instructions in heavily cluttered and dynamic spaces. I was a Hajim School of Engineering Dean's Fellow, and a Scholar at the Rochester CoE in Data Science. Along with doing research, I enjoy doing watercolor painting and playing Badminton.
